Mental Health Care Plan and Massage

Our massage services (Relaxation and Deep Tissue) is not eligible for any rebate through medicare. In our practice we provide a concession rate of 20% off full price for clients with a formal and current Mental Health Care Plan from their GP.* 

Please note this amount is paid on the day of your visit and is not refunded via medicare. 

Visit your doctor who will assess whether you have a mental health disorder and will benefit from a Mental Health Treatment Plan. Your doctor will ask a few questions, fill in the plan and you will set goals together.

A lot of GPs will ask you to come back for another appointment before they decide whether a mental health care plan is the right thing for you.  In some situations, your GP might refer you to a psychiatrist (a doctor who specialises in mental health) or a paediatrician (a doctor who specialises in young people) for a clearer diagnosis.

This concession is only valid for one treatment per month. Only valid for 45 and 60min treatments. Can only be used for full priced treatments and cannot be used with a gift voucher.
