Please send us a text to cancel/reschedule your appointment. In the 24hrs leading up to your appointment, you can also cancel/reschedule through your confirmation email.
Bear in mind that we can’t always answer phone calls, so unless you have a preference to call, it is preferred that you send us an email, text or messenger dm. You can always leave a voicemail and we can call you back.
A 30% late cancellation/no-show fee will apply if you cancel your appointment within 24hrs.
This policy protects Luna Boutique from loss of income and keeps our business viable, as it is not always possible to fill vacancies - especially on short notice.

If you arrive 5-10mins late for your appointment, the time left will be used as best we can. If you haven’t arrived after 15mins, and you haven’t called to notify of your late arrival; you will be considered a no-show and charged a fee equivalent to 30% of your appointment cost.
Any pre-paids for that appointment will be forfeited.
Your card that you provided at the time of booking will then be charged the appropriate fee. By booking an appointment and adding your card for no-show protection, you agree to these terms.
Luna Boutique recognises that both myself and clients are vulnerable to circumstances out of our control and therefore ask that you cancel appointments with as much notice as possible, e.g. as soon as you start to feel unwell. It is important that you do not attend if you are feeling unwell; not just as a contagion precaution (potential COVID-19), but also because receiving massage when you are feeling physically ill can actually worsen your symptoms.
If you arrive with a suspected or confirmed contagious illness, you will be kindly asked to leave and reschedule once you are well.
In extenuating circumstances, grace will be given and your cancellation fee waved.
